Turn the firewall off on thw E xp box OR add a rule allowing incoming traffic on tcp 5900.

It times out. But I can access the server via the client software from the server, itself. I can also ping the server from the client computer I was testing with. When I use the VNC Network Test, I get a connection to port 5900 timed out. We do have it forwarding to the server IP address for port 5900. What's up?
