resolve the issue.

Not sure on this as I have not used a dyns address. However, i believe
the two computers are referring to the same external IP address.
Therefore, each computer needs to be set up in the router with port
forwarding to different displays. 

VNC uses display 0 as the default and send through port 5900. Display 1
is port 5901 an so on.

On the router (for the laptop 192.168.0.3) set up port forwarding to
port 5901 and on the laptop set vnc to use display 1.

On the router (for other computer 192.168.0.xx) set up port forwarding
to port 5900 and on the coputer set vnc to use diplay 0. 

Should now work.
