This won't work.  The VNC free edition does not support service mode on
Vista.

You'll need to do one of the following:
    - purchase a license for one of the commercial VNC products
    - run VNC in user-mode after login
    - downgrade the remote system to XP
    - wait until a new version of RealVNC is released
    - check whether any other VNC releases support Vista (I've not heard
      of any though)
