Let's not appoint anybody. Let anybody answer RTFM who feels the need; just do
it in a private mail. If they get several such mails, they'll either get the
message or leave the list in a huff.

Possibly we could elect one or two non-VNC-core-developer list
regulars as the "official silly-question answerers and
FAQ-pointer-outers" on a rotating basis; then Wez et al could
just ignore that stuff. That would also reduce traffic by
eliminating multiple replies the the same silly questions.
I would be willing to fill that role for a time if necessary.

Alternatively, possibly a "vnc-help" list is in order.
