I am using the 3.3.3r9 distribution. 3.3.3r9 is the winvnc server version.
The current vnc client included with the 3.3.3r9 distribution is 3.3.3r3.

I am able to move text from X to NT4 using xcutsel.sh, but not NT4 to X.

You should upgrade to 3.3.3R9 at the Windows side, which fixes a clipboard
bug, although the difference between the two X clipboard formats may in fact
be your problem.
