It's not vnc-like, it should be vnc: Xvnc will be started in stead of XFree to serve X11 at :0. With the available software, I can now get :0 about everywhere except where you'd expect it: vncviewer to <machine>:0 works, even browse to http://machine:5800/ works. So for operators, there is no difference at this point to get access to windows or linux machines. Some day, even the (realy) headless HP-UX machine should work. CBee -- C.
