Dear Vneters

I have VRML world accessible
via www.vrglasgow.co.uk.

There is a test page that shows a map of the
VRML world plus a 'dot' showing ones position
in the world as you move through it.

I want to implement this for the multi-user
version so that VNET will not only show a
list of participants, but in another frame,
show their position on a map.

Any way of hacking the avatar position data ?

If interested in seeing the 'non multi-user'
test screen, goto www.vrglasgow.co.uk
and choose 'VRGlasgow Working Version' - then
click on the red-dot in the extreme right/middle of the map
(titled 'University of Strathclyde etc').
As you move through the VRML the 'dot' will track
your position.

Thanks in anticipation.

Malcolm
