Sounds like you have an AT&T plan, call customer service.

recently with telepacific, we have noticed calls to ATT iPhone 6 users 
will show up as unknown or private.

I tried a single verizon iPhone 6 and caller id shows but ATT still will 
not display any caller id.

I've googled and seen that some people on ATT's site in 2014 were 
complaining.

has anyone noticed or know of an issue here? it's been two weeks, 
possibly longer that we have been experiencing this issue.
