Does anyone have any experience with Peerless Network’s DID product? If so, any recommendation one way or the other?

We are talking about 500 residential subsribers here, so they will all need and want all of those features. Basically I am looking for the lowest TCO for a DID with all of these features. What is the going rate for E911 these days? Who are the primary providers that everyone else resells?
