I suppose the really interesting question is: as a fraction of everyday voice quality issues in the VoIP industry, what proportion is accounted for by packet loss, jitter and/or network?
That would determine the ROI on more boutique tools that purport to analyse the acoustic/bearer spectrum. -- Alex
