We aren't interested in abandoning our TDM infrastructure at this time, given 
that we're already in the the tandem CO for other reasons. 


If we were to do that, local calls would be tromboning through Chicago.

You'd be better off getting into Sinch's (formerly Inteliquent) PSTN 
Connection service.InfoBip (formerly Peerless) and Wide Voice also offer 
PSTN connection services. It allows you to keep your own NXXs and 
interconnect with the ILECs through their SS7 switch so you don't need 
your own.
