I was under the impression that you need to have a current 499 filing to (1) become STIR/SHAKEN certified and (2) pay the fee each year based on the company's most recent reported 499 revenue?
How is Atheral able to operate as a STIR/SHAKEN compliant provider with 5 years of missing 499 filings? Are they paying the fee based on their 2019 revenue? -dr > The requirements for RMD changed and you now need to add a lot more > information.
