   So it seems, from [1]this news account. "Judge Rayford Means . . .
   said he factored in McIntosh's important work with stroke victims and
   brain injuries, and sentenced McIntosh to a year of house arrest and
   12 years' probation."

   There is some uncertainty about the facts of the case, but the man did
   plead guilty to sexual assault and possession of a controlled
   substance (presumably the sodium pentobarbital that the man was
   accused of slipping the woman to knock her out). Seems quite
   troubling, if the news account is accurate.
