Mickle, Thanks for your response. How is your 7081 doing that you were making PCB modifications to?
I guess I missed that somewhere in the manual. They just said connect to the input. I missed the 'reference' to reference input. I will need to get a proper connector. So, if I understand, short the front panel input and apply 10 VDC to the Reference input. Also, what do you use for a 'short circuit plug'? I just made up a connector connecting pin 2 to pin 4 (HI to LO) and left the other pins open. Is that correct? I also, just now, noted that I missed a few steps in the resistance calibration. Back to the drawing board, so to speak. Thanks again.
