Short of upgrading for $2k to their new Modus server, not much.  The name of
the attachment is in the body of the message that Vopmail doesn't scan.
There are some other SMTP servers that could act as a relay for you which do
scan the body of the message for such things though.

I have been looking into pre-processors that do sieving along the lines of
the Modus but on the linux OS. There are some preliminary offerings on
sourceforge.net
