Hello Kirk,
There are two main reasons for the user to be
re-requested their passwords by the mail server.
1. (least likely) Is because the mailbox is in use
( very unlikely unless using an old vopmailweb or someone else is using
it).
2. Password is incorrect (caps useally the
cause) and
3. (most likely) Vopmail has problems
accessing the database.
All the above should be first tested by you
(through a telnet session to port 110) and secondly, we would go to the
OPERATIONS and ERROR log. The logs should also contain information
which will tell us the exact cause of the troubles.
