Hi John,

You'll need to make the following changes in the webmail properties in IIS
to fix the attachment problems:

Part I

Step 1: In IIS open the Virtual Directory Properties of Web Mail
Step 2: Click on the Custom Errors Tab
Step 3: Select the 404 HTTP Error and Click on Edit Properties
Step 4: Set the "Message Type" to URL (Be very careful not too choose
"file"!!!)
Step 5: Enter the relative URL of the "getattachment.asp" page. For
example:

If VOP Web Mail is configured to run under a virtual directory
called "vopmailweb", then the relative URL will be
"/vopmailweb/getattachment.asp"

If VOP Mail Web were configured as a site, then the relative URL
would be just "getattachment.asp"

Step 6: Click Ok and Apply

Part II

Most people will not have to do this step because IIS should set this up
by default. If the virtual directory "IISHelp" already exists, then
just verify that its configuration is correct (i.e. do not try and add
another "IISHelp" virtual directory).

Step 1: In IIS determine the site that Web Mail is using (hint: move up
the directory until the site name is reached)
Step 2: Expand the site so that you can see all the Virtual Directories
Step 3: Right Click the Site Properties and Choose New "Virtual
Directory"
Step 4: Name the alias "IISHelp"
Step 5: Point the directory to the IIS Help Files :
c:\winnt\help\iishelp (Note change the drive letter accordingly)
Step 6: For security select "Read"
Step 7: Click on finish and verify that the Virtual Directory called
"IISHelp" was created
