One of our customers is having a strange issue with her e-mail. She's on a mac (performa series) and she gets errors when trying to receive messages, but not every time. On one day it's sending but not receiving, but then the next day it's working just fine. Now it's not letting her send or receive. But there are no entries in the error log for her account. I'm stumped when it comes to a Mac so I'm not sure where to even beging looking in her computer to figure this out. Anyone have an idea about this?
