Well it cannot possibly be a problem with the Mac, haven't you seen their commercials, Macs are the save all, end all, perfect freaking PC. Honestly though, The errors she receives might help! She's on a mac (performa series) and she gets errors when trying to receive messages, but not every time. On one day it's sending but not receiving, but then the next day it's working just fine. Now it's not letting her send or receive. But there are no entries in the error log for her account. I'm stumped when it comes to a Mac so I'm not sure where to even beging looking in her computer to figure this out. Anyone have an idea about this?
