well that is pretty much what I said, "not an outlook problem" If vopmail was not patched then you will have to get Vircom to patch it. turning off the option that causes the malformed header is not a fix :) it is a bandage. It's not a mail client issue, it's the mail server munging messages on the server side by corrupting the headers, which confuses the clients because it then breaks RFC. We don't use modusMail (and for good reasons) here, we still use VOPMail 5.3, and we still have the problem. Aparantly unchecking the option to inside POP3 status headers fixes the problem, so we turned that off.
