Saulo, If you have an archive of this list's messages you'll find that VOPMail and modusMail pretty much behave like this. Vircom has offered solutions in new versions, but I've found out that specifically with ig.com.br the problem doesn't really get solved. They didn't change the way VOP/modusMail behaves but added an option to skip bad users a certain number of times (or something like that). Not really a fix, IMHO, but a workarround. What I did was create a sendmail server which is now used for all outgoing mail. I've created a route to send all mail through that server and everything is fine. It's been more than a year now and I can't complain. Specially with multiple queues configured, sendmail has proven (to me) far more efficient than VOP/modusMail to queue and delive mail.
