I know this was a long time ago, but did anyone ever come to a resolution on the Norton AV causing OE disconnects issue? I've got the archives from that time, but I did not find anything conclusive. I seems like over the past week I've gotten a lot of complaints of OE disconnecting and all the users who have this problem have Norton AV installed.
