Well - I think in general Spamhaus has been very thorough in documenting their blocks (check out their ROKSO list) and I don't believe they engage in the same IP escalation process that SPEWs does.

I'm going to break down, get over my fear, and start using RBL's.  To start with I think I'll use your foreign lists and the relay lists.  I'm curious why
 
        sbl.spamhaus.org (blocks known spammers)
 
get's listed in the regular list while
 
        relays.osirusoft.com  (SPEWS)
        bl.spamcop.net (SPAMCOP)
 
are marked as extreme.
 
I take it there are less problems with false positives with spamhaus?
