Hmmmm...Maybe I'm just ignorant of Computer Associates products but... Basically it complains all the time when it tries to backup user messages (/MAILBOX, /spool). The problem is that the messages are downloaded by the users (or distributed to the mailboxes by VOPmail) between the time it first runs it's backup 'scan' and the time it actually tries to backup the files.
