Because Vircom don't want to 'improve' the product, obviously! They would rather we all send them a cheque every year and ask for nothing in return. No information, no direction, no company comment. My next guess is they will increase the support/upgrade fees being paid in the vain hope of product improvement taking place. They will try to extract the same money from an ever decreasing pool of victims. Eventually people will realise the folly of paying for the promise of upgrades but not receiving them. Vircom do read these lists so they are well aware of what is being discussed. It is time those among you stopped remembering the 'good times' and realised Vircom is not the same company you purchased product from years ago.
