With that one, you will get a good read of the mail until the offending message. This one they get this weird error and it appears to happen inconsistently.   They just get the error... the connection has been terminated... etc.   It appears the Symantec article was updated even today. I have had dozens of calls.   I have changed the network cards thinking this was the issue. It seemed to help but some people still experience problems.   This is somewhat out of the blue as things were quite smooth for months.
