Set your backup server to have a higher number for the preference. This will cause it to be used as the fallback server to catch everything if the lower number (higher priority) server goes down.   When the primary server with the lower MX preference number comes back up. Is there anyway to have the VOP Mail server push mail back to the primary server when it comes back up, or do we have to setup the primary mail server to pull the mail using ETRN when it comes back up?
