Our customers still have public IP's.  So problems with NAT don't happen.  We block 135 in bound but not outbound so we don't get the exchange support calls.  We have been running it this way for about 9 month and have only gotten a few call about it.

I agree.  Things like NetMeeting and some chat things will NOT work correctly.  There some IRC type service that some of our users have and they MUST have a public IP address to make it happen.
