We changed the ODBC
connection for Radius Server and Accounting from "Rodopi" to "RodopiTemp" to
keep Radius up while we did a database upgrade. This worked
fine.
However, when we
changed back from "RodopiTemp" to "Rodopi", only the Accounting one changed
back. The Radius Server remained using "RodopiTemp" even though the
configuration panel indicated it was set to "Rodopi". We had to stop/start
the VOPRadius service (which requires a complete server reboot since Radius dies
with an error on our Win2K server if you stop/start it) to get it to use the
correct database. We could see that it was using the wrong database by
using SQL Enterprise Manager.
So I would say
there's a substring or similar bug you guys could fix.
