But...my understanding of the proposed solution is that they can't go anywhere other than your page once you change the DNS server. So in effect they are in fact cut off at that point. I think it is the 10-15 day grace we are concerned with here. If they payment is past due, but not to the cut off date yet we want to redirect them to a "Please pay us so we don't have to cut off your Internet service" page. We have no problem cutting people off for non-payment regardless of their service level. In fact, I had to disable a T1 customer today. Needless to say, they called within the hour to arrange payment. With Rodopi, if they don't pay their bill, they are cut off automatically. Is the thinking that this is too draconion and you want to let them connect, but just take them to the redirect web page? We're Ok with just cutting them off at this point, there aren't that many of them that forget and we give them 10-15 days anyway.
