There is a work around or a fix. The workaround is to allow your users multiple sim logons. Eventually the first will drop off. The fix is to enable watchdog packets in radius. You also have to do this on your nas. This is where the problems come in as there are so many vircom does not support them. Your hope should be that someone else on this list uses the same brand as you and they can tell you.
