Or he could go one more step and use a separate program much like we do that gives him the flexibility to do what ever he wants.   We have our Billing System (Platypus) push data back into the database for which our System Back End Processing (SysBEP) software then can process the records and push them out to what ever server we want.  This is my preferred method of doing things since our billing system does not reside in the same location that our servers are.  We have servers in several states and this seems to be the best method for that.   Tony D.
