I think the March 10 statement by I.H. repudiated Rossi's report in advance. They did not imply dishonesty, but they did say they cannot get behind it. "Get behind it" is le mot juste.
Some people here think the March 10 statement does not mean that. I think that's a stretch. Granted, the statement is a little vague and it does not actually mention Rossi by name, but it seems clear to me that's who they mean. Who else is there?
