It doesn't matter much even if you bottle the gas striking  a square 
meter of the vanes each second  (4.7E-4 kg) and it comes out of jets 
at the tip at ~ 360 meters per second you could get 0.17 kg-meters/sec
thrust
per square meter which is about 16.2 times the (0.083 newtons force per
Meter^2)
