I predict that LENR will see enormous growth and even a see real publication in a peer reviewed journal. I think that transmutations will be nearly universally accepted, but environ of competing theories will be too fluid to balance. I predict that Rossi will not produce his own useful LENR device, unless he is brought onboard by a reputable company. He will be revealed to have exaggerated and misled investors as to the maturity of his "product".
