It is no secret that Rossi has had many inputs from readers of his journal. I have suggested a flat design to both Rossi and DGT for over a year that sounds similar to what he has. To me it was obvious that a flat design would be far superior to a round one if you were interested in scaling the power. First, you find an ideal thickness that has the thermal characteristics that you desire, then you can grow it in the same plane as required. The heat then can escape through the same general path length but over a larger area as the system power needs rise.
The funny thing is that they have told me on several occasions that their original design was better than a planar one. Maybe now they are beginning to understand my reasons. Why would the government want to help Rossi get ahead of the other competitors? Perhaps they found an LENR device powering one of those UFO's that they have in storage. Dave
