FEYMAN/ZERO POINT ENERGY: Dave: Back about a month before Hubble's Mirrors were repaired I forwarded some technical reactor schematics and theoretical model/hard copy to the Avanced Propulsion Research Project. . . I've obviously spoken of this often. . . ad nauseum, ad boredom etc. The posited connection between our Universe among infinite myriad of SPACE-TIME NORMAL sister Universes abounding throughout AEXODARKSPACE as 'medium' hyper speed-dense/hyper gravionic SUPERENERGY(dark)SPACE. ULTIMATELY most significant to Quantum-Mechanics and Nuclear-Physics was the posit that ALL PROTONS are indeed balanced Gray-Hole micro-Singularities with the electron/electro-valent shells as quasi-van-allen structured bodies powered by the ingress energy from AexoDarkSpace aka ZERO POINT ENERGY SUPER-SPACE. LONG STORY SHORT: Work with the same hard-copy called then(somewhat lamely & maybe grandiosely :^) THE ROSETTA MANIFEST. My collegues in then 'friendly Russia' including Albert(Evgeny)Nickitin and Aethyr-Physicist ANTONOV and many others I'm sure, THEN gathered up a team of Electrical Engineers(which I suggested) and BUILT THE REACTOR. . . So the Russians did the 'proof of concept' so we got our start 'on the cheap' which turned out kind've 'slick.' :) BOTTOM LINE: The reactor that I'd designed WORKED. . . I could say smuggly that, "I knew it all along" but really even I was THUNDERSTRUCK; Zero Point Energy was accessed successfully; AND THEN RENDERED HIGHLY CLASSIFIED. . . duh. However before we got that news of dramatic success Hubble had gone on line and established/proved the said ROSETTA MANIFEST predicting Expanding Universe/Accelerating OUTWARD galaxies, and ingress AEXODARKSPACE-HYPERGRAVITY FIELDS we soon after coined as DARK ENERGY were indeed the there-to-fore 'rule' and not merely a 'wierd anomolous exeption. NASA immediately contacted me for the particulars and I pointed out that THEY HAD WHAT THE RUSSIANS HAD so "Get with it; time's a wastin; were playing catch-up here. . . The Reactor in question here was the AexoDarkSpace/ZeroPointEnergy accessing 'PLASMA BREACH REACTOR.' That's my 'pet-name' for it though other 'acronyms' more murkily descriptive have been applied to the NASA Hyper Gravity that JANES DEFENCE NEWS INTERNATIONAL fanfared exitedly but then were promptly. . . 'muffled;' and now they actually apply subtle 'hyperbole' AND PLAY IT DOWN. SOON AFTER; Congress was tasked to rubber stamp a HUGE APPROPRIATIONS bill for a BLACK GRAVITY PROJECT that they were not even able to VERBALLY DESCRIBE EN-CAMERA before TV-cameras, microphones etc. . . The obscene-dollar amount bill-appropriations PASSED immediately and unchallenged. . . and sense then 'news blacked out.' ?PATENTS? Some things are too large to patent and merely become property of the black-projects/behind the scenes 'public domain' instantly. . . This is how I knew IMMEDIATELY that COLD FUSION was also right under our noses as well as the 'noble gas cluster explosion' being INDEED what you expect aka ZPE-ingress. So I know and smile & chuckle sometimes; but alas no patents will be forthcoming. . . but the knowledge for this KNOWLEDGE to point to the solution to many other of our investigation and endevors are there for 'any & all' to utilize. CONCLUSION: We mainly 'merely' followed Einstein just a little further down the pike; when it was PC to try to 'refute' him. . . whether you call it 'luck' or 'fate' or 'Divine Plan' is your call. But ZPE indeed is Parallel Adjacent AexoDarkSpace and current vogue calling it's 'UBIQUITOUS DETERMINATIVE INFLUENCE' hense, 'Dark Energy.' However; 'DARK MATTER' conceptually (methinks) is a non-starter because at that level AexoDarkEnergySpace/ZPE is hyper-speed-dense beyond 'ATOMIC/sub atomic PARTICLE formation------->outside-------->Space-Time-Normal. But while as signified by SPOOKY ACTION AT A DISTANCE every SINGULARITY whether micro-'atomic/sub-atomic' or MACRO-COSMIC is an Einstein Rosen connection to AexoDarkSpace aka Hyperspace. And intriguing also is much evidence gravitationally & calorically indicates that 'stars' are indeed 'white-holes' whose corona is merely a FUSION-SHELL as the INGRESS WHITE-HOLE AEXODARKSPACE plasma for 'spontaneous' Hydrogen in the face a SUPERPLASMA MEDIUM yadda yadda etc. A 'proton' shell would be similar with the 'axial' ingress field surrounding the shell with electro-valent gradient shells etc. . . anyway that's a short on the 'model' which I originally posited as Super-Gravity/Singularity Transdimensional Physics. That might be possible, but there needs to be a source of this energy to store in the first place before that can happen. I have not seen proof that zero point energy can be harnessed in real world applications. Is anyone aware of any actual products that exist now which use this form of energy? Until it is proven, I plan to stick with the COE as a guide when evaluating unusual claims. One gas acts as the conductive medium while another acts as the gas atoms or superatoms acted upon forming both an expanding and collapsing meniscus as the noble gases resist compound formations. Your citation is more evidence that all these anomalies are related from sonoluminesce , bubble fusion, Rossi to these new Papp like exploding noble gases. I don’t think the rules for “conservation of energy” should exclude ZPE in the form of a Maxwellian demon but I do believe in the “conservation of miracles”. The main design goal in the Papp reaction is to produce UV and X-rays. But a strong enough high current spark discharge can generate this level and kind of EMF. It has been recently discovered that noble gas clusters will explode when exposed to high intensity EMF in the UV and X-ray range. Xenon clusters that range in size up to about 14 000-atoms will explode yielding extremely energetic ions with energies up to 1 MeV. By contrast, a chemical explosion involves chemical transition energies of only some tens of electron volts. An explosion of noble gases can far surpass in power what a chemical explosive can deliver.
