I think that rapidly pulsing-discharging a capacitor (acceleration of the dielectric dipoles is proportional to the displacement current, Id = C dV/dt) would be more workable for AG that rotating a large mass (acceleration = v^2/r). That's why "UFOs" have "blinking lights" which are the capacitor discharge thyratrons use for propulsion and attitude control. :-) Regards, Frederick
