In order to maintain an asymmetrical force, and reduce the charging power supply current requirement the capacitor/s should be charged slowly and discharged as rapidly as possible, using a spark gap or discharge tube (a standard fluorescent tube should work well for this). IOW, the setup is a run-of-the-mill Relaxation Oscillator. Regards, Frederick
