Ed Storms does finally admit that he is the source of the censorship.
This does appear to totally corroborate both Dr. Mallove's comment and
to support Rothwell's email, about Storm's censorship and control, respectively.

Storm's and Rothwell's choice has been NOT to put them up. The ICCF-10 papers
are not listed at the site. But the papers were listed in the abstracts
(which were also sent multiple times and in several formats) and the manuscripts
WERE given to Jed.
Note too, that Dr. Storms has tardively admitted his receipt of the papers, as well.
But they have not been listed.

- All Swartz has to do is send his papers in pdf format as an e-mail attachment with his permission and these will be placed on the website. If Swartz does not believe me, I suggest he try this approach and see what happens. The present approach taken by Swartz is counter productive to his interests and those of the field in general, a situation he can easily change.
This is nonsense, diversion, and hand-waving for several reasons.
First, the three (3) papers' titles are not even listed, although two were even in the abstracts.
The absence exists although BOTH Rothwell and Storms had and have them in hand,
and in different formats.
Proof of this is at LENR's ICCF-10 site which lists papers presented including
those not available for download (fewer recently).
Note that all three (3) of ours are NOT listed, even as of today.

Second, this has been Rothwell's and Storm's choice, and
importantly has been counterproductive to the interests of the general cold fusion
community.
Third, in summary, Gene was prophetic on this subject, too.
[I wished I had responded to his email on this, but there were real
science issues and cold fusion development going on at the time.]
Thus, perhaps the misnamed LENR - CANR website's [The reactions are high
energy, 1 to 21 MeV, and are activated by the lattice which is solid-state
physics and not chemistry which is a more local matter.] controller(s)
will someday address and clarify Gene's final words on this matter already
posted, which shall not be repeated again on this thread, except for the
