I contacted Randall about a license. He forwarded my email to one of 
his subordinates. My original intention was energy production. But I 
considering what Mike Carrell had said about it's commercialization 
being 20 years in the future. I suggested using hydrinos to harden 
the interior of cannon barrels. The is only one customer for this 
service, but if you've got what they want, they will pay any price 
you want. I find it odd that BLP ignored me.
