Something I do not understand . . . sources say Iran is producing heavy water. As I understand it, HW is used in the production of plutonium in a HW reactor.
The Canadians developed the CANDU reactor, fabricated out of zirconium pipe and filled with heavy water. It is said to be a atom bomb making machine par excellance. Just what the Islamists need, another atom bomb factory.
