I wonder if it's the same guy as well. What in the world is the "Church of Equine Velocity?" Could not find any relevant links within Google. I recall that -this- particular Richard Hall for a while had a regular spot on UFO Magazine where he was given carte blanche to discuss his personal opinions on the UFO phenomenon. He was a Nuts and Bolt's kind of guy. I recall several rounds of opinionated debate between Hall and Boyland.
