The reason for the non-radiating orbiting electron has been a primary topic of disagreement between Randell Mills and Harold Puthoff theories (among many). Gee, did you know Dr. Puthoff will be 80 next year? He doesn't look it. Must have been that clean Xenunian living in his earlier years. ;-)
