It doesn't exist because the energy required to oxidize even a
first level hydrino is at least 10 times larger than any normal
chemical bond energy. In short, oxygen doesn't have what it takes
to remove an electron from a hydrino. It could remove an electron
from early level hydrino hydride, but in so doing, the
hydrinohydride would become a neutral hydrino, and wouldn't be
bound to the oxygen.

So rest easy, your water is just water. :)
