Thomas, Careful with your posting, it looks like you're quoting me. I like the one with the US company and the highly hygroscopic gels, can't remember what they are called... Anyway they fly up into a storm and drop these things into a thunder cloud, they absorb the water and humidity and drop to the ground so it won't rain on your parade. The hurricane is a bigger undertaking but the effect works.
