Living 7 miles downwind of the Fayette Electric coal
fired 3 stack power plant, I can attest to the change taken place over it's 25
year plus operation. My metal roof is one example. The original unit was built
with NO emission control, the later 2 stacks have E scrubbers. The coal comes
from Wyoming and Montana.
