Actually the Swiss have not voted on it yet. A minimum of hundred thousand signatures were needed to get it as a question on a future referendum. That was achieved earlier this year. The referendum is suppose to be in 2016 so the campaign is just beginning, but a panel associated with referendum questions advised the Swiss populace that in their opinion it was a bad idea.
