Brillouin seems to be moving away from the fluidized bed (pellet) reactor design, to an elegant hot tube built around a vacuum-sputtered layer of nickel on ceramic. See pg. 36-39 of the recent patent application:

Other interesting details include use of flowing hydrogen as the heat-exchange fluid, mixed with helium to moderate the reaction.
