Welcome to the new physics... We can manipulate the waveform of the electron using a phase mask to increase its energy up to the speed of light. This uses the theory of relativity to convert the electron into a spread-out wave with lots of energy. In a time dilation tradeoff, particle lifetime is lengthened to increase the energy of the particle. Could the special surface of the nickel micro particles in the Rossi reactor be a phase mast to accelerate stationary electrons to a ultra high energy wave shape? There is always new things to learn in LENR. I wonder what Mills will think of this one?
